LandingPad the essential app for homebuyers in Australia. While working at LandingPad, I had the opportunity to work on designing an MVP for a property equity calculator.

The goal was to give users the ability to track how much equity they have on their property and allow users to explore multiple scenarios and learn how equity works over time.

For this project, I worked alongside the product manager, the CEO, one front-end engineer and a backend engineer.

Discovery

Many of our users own more than one property, and we wanted to provide them with a feature that would give them a portfolio view of their properties and equity.

I worked with my product manager, and together we created a number of user stories to help us better understand our user needs.

Defining

During this step of the design process, I started by sketching out ideas which helped me iterate fast and get quicker feedback from stakeholders.

Development & Delivery

The solution is a simple and functional MVP that allows users to explore different scenarios and learn how equity works over time. Below are key screens for the property equity calculator I created in Figma.
